about

For the 1st time in the history of recorded music it is now possible to isolate individual parts of a recording without access to the original multi tracks.
Of course the results are (for now) rather crude and not of high quality but the potential this technology will bring in terms of rearranging, remixing and reanimating all of recorded music is incredibly exciting...
Its also incredibly frightening...
What if people start to rearrange, remix and reanimate without the necessary editing skills to make something sound 'musical'?
What if this technology allowed us to just play a game of sonic roulette? A game where we randomly create Frankenstein compositions...
What if this has already begun...

This brave new world of music has been made possible by the spleeter source separation algorithm and the moises.ai interface
